A History student's over view on stress and today's world

About writer : hello i am adi marick a 1st year History student and your new writer in Neurotal1k.... As a History student's it's natural to learn and know the society and it's way. I may not know what is the psychological perspective of stress but I do know what is this and how it's in the society.

Introduction:The modern world has set a busy schedule for mankind. We all are part of this busy schedule, contributing to the production system, directly or indirectly. So this ever continuing busy schedule disrupt the human mind of every age , because now in the , upgrowing demography everybody is replaceable. For that if anyone sets back to take a deep breath then maybe many substitutes will come up within the breathing duration.
Body:Now , it's all from the perspective of how you see the stresses. Stresses are the pressure of the happening of incidents around us We can divide the stress in two categories natural stress and guest stress Natural stress is the stress which comes from our work place or academic or our business field. If we look at it as our duty then the feeling of the stress will be off. One wise man once opined "Everybody can do their favourite job well but the talent is that if anybody can make a job his favourite". Yes , good words but every time we can't prove our talent and we shouldn't because it seems as if we doubt our talents. We may not be habituated with some work but for some commitments and liabilities. Then also the work load comes as a burden and to off it we have to wait for the time , ' no good words '.
Conclusion:t the things stipulate tension,depression,frustrations, those are guest-stresses. These come in our life in such unnatural ways that these break us in many ways. These seem eternal in that particular phase of life . Sometimes we fail to identify such stresses and then when these become more severe, we observe finally . To handle such stresses we have to confront it and try to solve it or we have to confront it and withdraw ourselves. First of all we have to confront it in our mind war by our best level of patience and bravery to scrutinize these stresses . There will always be two ways to attack or to withdraw, the options are dependent on our given situation but we have to select a single option by our bravery and patience as mentioned earlier . But we have to select the correct option with prudence because fool hardiness always draws debacles for us . But the correct option will really give the joy of stress off.
